Cien Palacios is a small store located in El Puerto de Santa María, dedicated to the elaboration of handmade tejas. This typical local sweet is a simple and rich snack made from eggs, milk, sugar and flour, forming a thin layer that can also carry nuts such as almonds, coconut and pine nuts.
There is no doubt that Cien Palacios is a business with history and tradition that offers high quality products, but there is a communication problem: the lack of identity. The current packaging consists of containers with random designs that make no reference to the brand.
Therefore the objective has been to reinforce the brand values, giving it a more functional and ecological character and a change of positioning oriented to exclusivity and quality.

Next, we proceeded to establish the target public, the competition and the graphic references, and in this way arrive at the visual concept and the strategy. The conclusions are the creation of a modern, functional, striking and dynamic packaging, mixing the elegance and organic of Art Nouveau with the analogical and funny touch of Old Cartoon.
This contrast of styles helps us to adapt the packaging design to the characteristics of the new target audience. It attracts attention, has the elegance of a gourmet product and is at the same time fun and modern.
