This project includes the design, development and production of a collection of books by a short story author: the complicated and puzzling Borges. In total, it comprises the design of the covers and back covers of the five volumes and the complete layout of the first one.
The first step was to research the author in question: first, his biography and bibliography.
Then, to establish a target, opting for a young public, amateur readers who always have a book wherever they go, with a certain intellectual background and not very conservative.

Subsequently, I opted for an aesthetic that would be attractive to this type of audience and akin to Borges' magical realism. In addition, it was also necessary to stand out from the competition: those editions that have already published the stories. Thus I opted for collage for the cover compositions.
